This essential volume describes the thermodynamic theory of the systems under electromagnetic radiation (luminescent systems, photochemical reactions, solar cells, radiofrequency bioeffects, etc.) developed by author. It is deduced the common equation for energetic efficiency of all these processes. The analysis of this equation and correlation with experiment shows its qualitative and quantitative validity for sun cells, human vision, protozoa photomovement, nonthermal bioeffects of radiofrequency radiation etc. Some prognoses of this theory were already confirmed by experiments.
