Wave Besselian beams
S/.308In this work we discuss the propagation of the wave radiation focused by the axicon, and analyze optical discharges created by laser Besselian beam in gases, fluids and on solid surfaces. We consider formation processes of discharges, properties and structures of the plasma channels. Also, we describe the methods of research of Besselian beams, breakdowns, discharges and plasmas created by the beams.
The optical discharge arisen under the action of the Bessel beam field Jn(r) of solid (n = 0) or tubular (n > 0) configuration turns into the plasma solid or tubular cylinder (waveguide), thereof Rayleigh length being large, Zr = πd2/λ >>> 1, at the diameter of the diffraction limit. While the heating pulse front is short, the breakdown wave propagates along the beam in a mode of running focus at a velocity exceeding the light speed. The channel plasma parameters at the initial stage depend on the Besselian beam intensity level and distribution. The radial expansion velocity of the plasma channel is approximately in general agreement with the theory of cylindrical strong explosion.
The channel axial symmetry provides important advantage over the plasma of spherical symmetry, for it implies effective application of magnetic field. Besselian beams can be formed by electromagnetic radiation of any frequency range, as well as by wave radiation of any other nature, e.g. acoustic.
The capability of the plasma parameter distribution and that of the channel structure to be varied are important for applications. Examples of beam and plasma channel applications are considered in the book.

S/.246The monograph is devoted to research of the processes of disturbance and propagation of internal gravity waves within the vertically stratified, horizontally nonuniform and nonstationary mediums, to development of asymptotic methods being the generalization of the spacetime raytracing method (the method of the geometrical optics, WK.BJ method), to research of the critical phenomena at generation and propagation of internal gravity waves, and also to development of nonspectral methods of the hydro physical fields measurements in the ocean.
For specialists in the field of mathematical modeling, hydrodynamics, ocean dynamics.

What does this give to physics: attributing the properties of superfluid 3HeB to physical vacuum?
S/.68It is shown in the book that by attributing the properties of superfluid 3HeB to physical vacuum one can describe the following physical phenomena: the emission, absorption and propagation of light, the wave properties of matter, the interaction of quantum particles with electric fields, superconductivity, magnetism, the effects of ultralow doses of biologically active substances on biological objects.

The theory of interaction
S/.81In the monograph it is justified the calculation approach of electromagnetic and gravitational interactions of moving bodies, in which the space, time and mass do not depend on the movement. The main concepts of mechanics are analysed and determined. From the experimental laws the main electrodynamic equations are derived. Having solved them the force of interaction of two moving bodies is founded and the trajectories of their movement are obtained. The forces of action of the different form bodies are derived and the methods of account of the elementary particles accelerators are given. The applicability boundaries of the Theory of Relativity are considered and the light phenomena are represented at movement of the receiver and source. The interactions of two bodies at nearluminal velocities are investigated. The results of modern observations of superluminal movements are analysed, the methods of superluminal particles production are represented and the perspectives of their use at the unasteroidal defense of the Earth and for cosmic flights to stars are shown. The problems of the gravity velocity propagation, precession of the Mercury perihelion, the substance accretion and the Sun energy are considered. The problem of many bodies is represented and for special cases the accurate solution is obtained.
The book will be useful for inquisitive senior pupils, students, teachers of physics and physicists.

The fundamental structural mechanics of elastic systems: Strength
S/.81Resumen del libro
A.P.Leschenko has offered a completely new approach to structural mechanics, which allowed for a unique technique for structural engineering to be developed. This new method is based on the following three discoveries made by the author:— Phenomenon of separating torsional strains of elastic bars;
— Specific law of analogy in stability and oscillation of elastic systems;
— Principle of force factors pairing in structural mechanics.
All actual approaches and theories of structural mechanics widely employ such an abstract concept as generalized force, neglecting, however, a definite and practical concept of external force factor. In author’s opinion, this breaks the interrelations between the external and internal forces acting on structures and the strains occurring in the structures, which leads to an implicit violation of the classical mechanics laws, namely the law of energy conservation, the Lagrange principle, and Newton’s laws. It should be stressed that Leschenko does not suggest that one concept should be simply replaced by the other, but interrelates the external action with other forces and factors concurrently acting on the structure.
Thus, the author has proposed to consider any elastic system as based on three permanently acting factors: 1) external forces; 2) internal forces; and 3) elastic strains; and indicated the principles linking the effects of these factors. Leschenko has developed a graphical scheme (the socalled triad) for an analysis of elastic systems. The triad analysis of elastic systems has enabled to reveal great contradictions in the available structural calculations of plates, shells and bars. On the other hand, the new method has allowed for an adequate model of stressandstrain state of constructions to be developed, which, for the first time ever, has made it possible to predict with a high accuracy the moment of structural failure.
As main advantages of the new method we can list comparatively quick calculations of all types of structures, the examination and verification of design solutions, and`the detection of critical loads and weak points of constructions. All these result in a considerable saving of materials, which is accompanied by improving the safety of constructions.
